Any cybercrime victim can reserve space in the nearest CopConnect Café for 30 minutes or more and meet cybercrime first responders for getting help, with guaranteed privacy and confidence. 

Every CopConnect Cafe is supervised by an ISAC certified First Responder and has a dedicated task-force assigned to help you. Depending on the case, the first responder may invite the local police officer to attend the meeting.

Every CopConnect Cafe has a dedicated First Responder at the given schedule and is available to assist and guide you on the cybercrime issue.

Yes, you can meet the nearest local police officer at the Cafe. You can either request an LEA officer to meet you or request the Cafe to arrange a scheduled visit. Some Cafe’s have specific published days each week (such as 2 PM to 5 PM every Friday, etc), where you can expect an LEA officer to be available and assist you further with your problems.

Yes – The Cybercrime First Responder attached to the CopConnect Cafe will schedule an appointment with a Lawyer, Cyber Psychologist or a Cyber Security technical expert, depending on your case requirement.

Every CopConnect Cafe is equipped with a printer, iMac and WiFi facility to help you check e-mails, download and print documents.

We recommend to use the CopConnect cafe to discuss all sensitive cases (such as online blackmail, sextortion etc.) in person, especially if the case involves minors or teenagers (under 18 years of age).
